For lawyers

For lawyers referring a case

Send us the injury cases that aren't yours to try. We'll treat your client as you would.

Most of our cases come from other lawyers: a family lawyer whose client was hit on the highway, an estate lawyer who sees what happened to a parent in care, a general practitioner whose client needs a trial team.

We'll talk with you before we talk with the client, tell you plainly whether the case fits us, and keep you informed as it goes on.

How we work with you

What a referral looks like here

  • A quick answer

Call or send a short summary. An attorney will tell you within a few days whether we can take the case, and why.

  • Your client stays yours

We handle the injury claim and nothing else, and we send the client back to you for everything else.

  • Updates in writing

You'll hear from us at each stage: the agreement, the demand, the filing and the result.

Co-counsel

Co-counsel for trial

If you have an injury case heading for trial and want a second chair or a trial team, we can join as co-counsel. We'll agree the division of work in writing at the start.

Referral fees and fee divisions are shared only as the rules of professional conduct allow, with the client's informed consent in writing.

A few lines are enough to start. We'll call you back to talk it through.

Please don't include your client's confidential details here. We'll gather them on the phone.
